I focused on 4 (four) victims of police brutality that impacted me greatly, Trayvon Martin (top right), Philando Castile (top left), Tamir Rice (bottom left), and Breonna Taylor (bottom right), and based my performances off of those victims, the environment they were murdered in, and time of death. I started each performance exactly 8 (eight) minutes and 45 (forty five) seconds before their time of death so by the time my timer ran out, they would have passed. That specific time is to honor George Floyd, who had a knee on his neck for that duration of time which led to his death.
